Appearance:

Personality: Luna is a loner, she prefers to be alone and away from others (Aside from her pokemon) as such she can often only be spotted in secluded or out of the way places people tend to avoid. Though this seems to only apply to people as she often looks after and cares for the ghost pokemon of Lavender Tower, she doesn't have much respect. For Human "Authority" believing that more often that not people exercise this false authority through there pokemon, Luna can be gentle at times, and sees pokemon battles as a necessary but cruel aspect of the world. She a secret and rarely seen talent:she loves to dance. Luna however of course in most cases dislikes human contact, often summing up a person based on there first few words to her. Contrasted by this however, are the few able to get close to her heart (As of now, just her family) As she would chat with them as often as they would allow her. . Luna has a strong moral compass when it comes to pokemon and absolutely hates anyone who mistreats or abuses them, as a contrast she tends to care little to none about humans outside of her family, even in the case of danger to said humans, unless pokemon also happen to be in danger. She holds a soft spot at times for those that truly care for pokemon, beyond just catching and using them for battle, but has a difficult time adjusting or for that matter believing that anyone outside her own family would do so. At times the girl can be impulse and harsh to judge humans, more often than not considering them to be a infliction the world is better off without. However she has total trust in all pokemon to a fault, believing the only way any pokemon could do evil actions is through the manipulation of their human trainers. Her strong hate of trainers often has her avoiding public cities and the like, unless it is impossible to avoid, unless someone she cares for drags her along with them.
Family: Luna is an Orphan, her parents dying soon after she was born, the only people she really knows, or for that matter really cares to know are her adoptive grandpa Ren Okura, and his other adopted children.(Specific names being Nemu Okura, Sam Okura and Mel Okura) although the man called himself their grandfather (not wanting to simply replace their fallen parents) Luna and the other kids looked up to the man as a father figure.
History: Luna was born an orphan, her parents dying soon after her birth, she was taken in by an old man who knew Luna's parents, named Ren Okura, who took care of three other children along with her, Ren would often show Luna around Lavender Tower's floors, he taught her that all pokemon have the same right to peace as humans, even the ghosts of Lavender tower, It was however during a journey by herself into the tower That Luna met her first partner, and future close friend Gastly, although the initial meetings between them were filled with Gastly pranking her, eventually they came to bond with each other, Luna often joining in on her friends pranks.
However a few months after this a Group calling themselves team rocket caused trouble within the tower, killing off a Marowak and leaving it's defenseless child to flee for it's life, Ren found the young Cubone and took it in, explaining the situation to Luna and the other kids, even at her young age at the time she was disgusted by the actions of that organization.. all they seemed to care about was power and making money, Her adoptive Grandpa forbid her or any of the kids from going into the tower until the group had left, thus cutting Luna off from her friend, as well as causing her constant worry. About a month later two young trainers visited there town, though the first did nothing but use the tower for training, Luna was surprised by the actions of the second trainer, who not only stopped the group and forced then to leave the tower, but also calmed the then wandering spirit of Cubone's mother, much to Luna's surprise and joy as all she had seen from foreigners up to that point was greed, although the trainer stayed in town for a short while to Luna's joy, Said trainer later had to leave on to continue a journey, leaving only with a silent nod.
This event caused Luna to see the word in two separate lights, that one selfless trainer, her siblings and her friend Gastly, with the second light being the rest of the world, alive with hate and greed. Over the years after the trainer left Luna had an enjoyable time in the tower with her friend Gastly, and actually led an enjoyable life up until her foster Grandfather and father figure Ren passed away, being the only one of his 'children' who hadn't already left Ren shortly before passing had written a letter to a former friend of his with a request to help her out in her journey, and left what little money he had to her, along with a request, he asked her to journey the world, so that she could see that it wasn't as black and white as she thought, although Luna had long since forged her opinion of the world, she promised the old man she would, shortly before leaving she tasked her friend Gastly with the protection of their beloved tower, promising to return when she learned the lesson the old man was trying to teach her.
