A new champion has arisen! But is now the the time for the world to be focusing on sports? Team Rocket has completely taken over Saffron City, and the only trainer who dared challenged them has not been heard from in months.
With all the happenings of late, Professor Oak is in need of a new field research team! Even the same species of Pokemon vary widely between individuals! Grab your Pokeballs and head over to Pallet Town!
Welcome to a brand new year everyone! With the new year comes some big changes! We are switching to an idea that came about by accident with our new Mod Kabuto and Jan Hall. Wild encounters will now have a writing prompt from a pokemod, but the rest will be handled by solo posts of the trainers. Trainers now have control over adding their experience gains and pokemon to their Pokedex, this will help to reduce downtime! The much anticipated Trainer Specializations are now available!
So they had made it to Virdian City and the boy had fallen back to his usual personality. Cold, aloof, reserved, quiet- friendly at times but not showing to be very warm unless his pokemon needed something or wanted his attention. Hands were stuffed in his pockets- his right one was wrapped with bandages and had a bit of a pink spot from where blood was starting to seep through. It was mainly because he didn't want people to see or the culprit to feel that bad about it. The culprit being the pidgey who was nestled into his hair. There was a pikachu on his left shoulder and a rattata on his right- he saw no problem letting them travel with him and seeing some sights.
If this wasn't already alarming, there was the fact it wasn't every day a pinkish-red eyed thirteen year old boy with whitish to gray hair in messy formal clothes (white button up shirt, dress trousers and shoes) were walking down the street without any adult supervision.
He matured quickly for his age, it was a tad surprising.
Shortly after making it to Virdian, and after checking in on the pokemon center for his pokemon- he had found himself sitting in a small cafe as he decided what to do next. He needed to get to Pewter City but he didn't want to brave the forest alone. Well, he wasn't alone, he had pokemon- and he was sure he didn't need any human to go with but it was within his childish nature for his age to be rather scared of this second feat he needed to accomplish.
